Tamilla Shahbaba gizi Mammadova 1946.
In 1973 Tamilla graduated from the Moscow Highest Art and Industry School (former Stroganov). Tamilla holds a PhD in Arts and is a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan. Subjects: composition, drawing, painting, coloristics, applied graphic art, principals of calligraphy, ornament and system of symbols, problems of the modern art.
Scientific works: A Carpet in Art Structure of Azerbaijan’s National Interior (essay), The Carpet and Miniature, The Carpet and Interior; furthermore, Tamilla is an author of numerous articles and a participant of various republican and international exhibitions.
Minavar Arif gizi Abdullayeva 1959.
Graduated from Faculty of Philosophy at the Lomonosov Moscow State university (1986).
In 1995 Minavar made her PhD at the Institute of Philosophy with the National Academy of Science of Azerbaijan, defended her essay «Views of Ovhadi Maragei»
The same year Minavar took place in the conference in the I.R. of Iran dedicated to the works of Ovhadi Maragei. Since 1996 Minavar worked as a lecturer; currently she is a docent at the Chair of Humanitarian Sciences at the Western University
Minavar is an author of a number of articles and academic programs. She often acts an an opponent during master essays defense.

Tagi Kazim oglu Bashirov 1954.
In 1976 Tagi was graduated from the Faculty of Power Engineering with the Oil and Chemistry Institute as an electrical engineer.
In 1985 Tagi was awarded his PhD at the Institute of Philosophy with the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.
In 1986 Tagi defended his essay «Structural and Functional Relations in Cybernetic Structures» and obtained his PhD in Philosophy.
In 2003 Tagi published his work, Heidegger’s Teaching of Truth (15 pgs)
In 2007 he published another work, Anthropic World (37 pgs)
