Western University signed the agreement of cooperation with the University of Winnipeg (Canada) on November 21, 2005. Western University will work with the new partner towards the following directions:  - The exchange of information and materials  - The exchange of faculty and students between the two institutions  - Joint research projects  - Other forms of co-operation and collaboration
