The Sunday, January 25th, Citizens Development Corps (CDC) and the MBA Enterprise Corps (MBAEC) Azerbaijan were proud to present the Second Azerbaijan Business Case Competition.

Over 50 graduate business and economic students from local universities were competing in front of a distinguished panel of judges, including representatives from the US Embassy, BP, Exxon Mobil, KochBank, other local and international businesses and organizations in Azerbaijan.

Top prize, for the first place team was - business training trip to the United States with all expenses paid by sponsors.

The involved students participated in an intensive 7- week training course at the British Petroleum’s Enterprise Center, Baku, to develop their case analysis and presentation skills. The involved students marked this competition with the culmination of incredible commitment and hard work.

On the last day, all teams were competing during the preliminary round in the morning and the top four teams moved on to the final round presentations in the afternoon.

 

We are proud to say that students of Western University got top 4th place amongst 22 teams that were representing many university of Azerbaijan and received a prize, as a bank check, in the value of $1000(USD).
