Efficient, well-functioning financial markets serve as a basis for every
successful modern economy. Financial workers are involved in the wide
range of operations: operations with financial instruments, risk
assurance, acquisition and management of financial recourses etc.
A financial manager decides
how to raise funds in the capital market and how to invest these funds in
the most efficient way.
This program provides
students with sound theoretical knowledge as well as practical
problem-solving skills in the field of financial management.
The significant attention is
given to theoretical and practical aspects of monetary circulation in
budgetary and bank systems. Major elements of the program are such
branches as financial entrepreneurship, analysis of financial conditions,
sources of finance, international finances with casting a light on the
problems of the international currency and credit systems, issues of
international payment organizations.
