Bachelor of Business Administration In Tourism and Hospitality Management

Program length – 4 years full-time, 5 years correspondence and evening

Tourism and Hospitality industry is a largest and fastest growing sector of the global economy and therefore there is a need for more highly qualified staff in this field.

Azerbaijan is an attractive place for tourists and visitors and it is expected to grow into a large center of tourism in the near future. Tourism will become one of the rapidly developing sectors of business in Azerbaijan. In view of this Western University has a joint project with partners in Western Europe through TEMPUS Program to establish Center of Tourism and Hospitality Management. As a part of this project, Western University students carried out their summer internships in Irish hotels while six lecturers took part in the training courses in Dublin, Edinburgh and the Hague.

The program offers facilities for teaching and research in major aspects of Tourism and Hospitality business and management. The program content aims to provide a solid base of professional skills in the organization of tourism and hospitality and is likely to appeal to those who wish to work in hotels and catering organizations with national and international links.
