Bachelor of Arts in Regional studies

Program length – 4 years full-time, 5 years correspondence and evening

Bachelor of Arts in Regional studies Degree is an interdisciplinary degree that focuses on the histories and geopolitics, cultures, geography, languages, literature, political systems, contemporary political, legal and economic issues of different regions of the world.
Bachelor of Arts in Regional studies Degree stresses broad study in cultural, economic, political and diplomatic analysis and communication.
The Degree offers the following core courses: history of international relations, political and economical organizations, the basics of geopolitics, international law, political and administrative units of Azerbaijan Republic and the Western countries.
Throughout the Degree a wide range of elective courses are available. Such as contemporary social problems, globalization of world politics, demography, sustainable human development, conflict management and peace studies.
